Questions
Do I need a card to start?
No. The Free plan needs only an email address. Upgrade when you need more.
What happens if I move to a lower plan?
Your records stay visible. You just cannot create new records that need the higher plan.
Can customers accept quotes online?
Yes. Every quote has a private link where the customer can view it, download it and accept it.
Can customers pay invoices online?
Yes, when the business connects Stripe. An invoice is marked paid only after Stripe confirms the payment.
Are the previews on this site real accounts?
No. They use sample data and run in your browser. Nothing you type in a demo is saved or sent.
Does it work outside English-speaking countries?
Yes. The interface is in English, and quotes, invoices and payments work in any currency, with your own country, tax name, date format and number format.
